Council Welcomes Wounded Warriors to 2009 Army Navy Game

Thank you to all of our sponsors for their support for the 2009 Operation Liberty Welcomes.  Again this year, our council hosted a very special group of military heroes.

The Philadelphia Eagles Community Outreach Program provided 30 tickets along with food and beverages for our "wounded warriors" and, through the generosity of various suite-holders,  the Eagles program also provided 42 great seats for our Marines, Sailors and Soldiers from Bethesda Naval Hospital and Walter Reed Hospital.
Thanks to Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter who donated tickets to the group and to Local 274 Philadelphia Joint Board and Local 98 IBEW for their support and assistance.
