Manages Community Relations at Delaware River Port Authority since 1997. Served under 8 Governors from PA and NJ.  Former school administrator entered government in 1992 and worked for Philadelphia City Council.  Neighborhood activist.  Graduate of Chestnut Hill College and Temple University Graduate School of Education.
