
Everett Keech is Chairman of the Executive Committee of Advanced Training Systems International, Inc., a company that provides tactical air services to the U.S. Navy and Air Force, and military fighter training to foreign governments. He is also Chairman of the Executive Committee of Laser Technology, Inc., an aerospace technology company. Previously, he has been a partner in several investment firms, the CEO of a public company and a director of a number of public and private companies. At the University of Pennsylvania, he was Vice Dean of the Wharton School and Director of the Wharton MBA program.
In Washington, he was appointed by President Ford as Assistant Secretary of the Air Force and Acting Under Secretary of the Air Force. He served in the Ford White House’s Office of Management and Budget as Deputy Associate Director for National Security and International Affairs. He also was Chairman of the Board of Visitors for the U.S. Defense Systems Management College. In Pennsylvania, he served on the Pennsylvania Ethics Commission and was both the Governor’s Representative and Chairman of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission.
He served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Aviator where he logged 580 carrier landings.
