 He is currently working with Merck Pharmaceuticals in their Global Operational Excellence group, an internal consulting group responsible for sharing best practices, increasing revenues and delivering efficiencies and effectiveness to business processes through the use of Six Sigma Methodologies.  In December he will be taking a position with Lockheed Martin

 He is a 1980 graduate of the United States Naval Academy.  Brian served 22 years on active duty, selecting for navy Captain before returning in 2001.  While on active duty he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility and accountability to include command of VP-1, a Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Squadron in Whidbey Island Washington.  While in command of   VP-1, he received the Navy Battle Efficiency Award for operational effectiveness and the Chief of Naval Operation's Silver Anchor Award for retention.  Brian is a qualified Naval Aviator as well as a Surface Warfare Officer.  He is active in the local American Legion and VFW organizations, holding the title of Senior Vice Commander of VFW Post 175 in Doylestown, PA

 He currently resides in Mechanicsville, PA with his wife the former Susan Jean Graf and their two English Springer, Britches and Ashes.
