Captain Malloy recently retired from the US Navy. He received his Commission upon graduating from the University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame’s NROTC Unit. He has had over 20 years of leadership experience. He has been consistently recognized as a leader, a communicator, a problem solver and a team builder constantly being tapped for demanding projects
