Mr. Chiomento is an accomplished external affairs professional with a wealth of experience managing financial resources, navigating government processes and regulatory agencies, and influencing political and other external environments. As Exelon Generation’s lead Public Affairs executive in Pennsylvania and Maryland, Mr. Chiomento provides solutions to issues impacting Exelon’s nuclear, fossil, and hydroelectric plant operations. Prior to joining Exelon, Mr. Chiomento managed state government relations for Aqua Pennsylvania, the nation’s largest investor-owned water utility. Mr. Chiomento received his BA in Public Administration from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and his MA in Government Administration from the Fels Institute at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Business Council, the Board of Directors for the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry, the board of Trustees for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center, and a member of the Haverford Township Environmental Advisory Council.
